Can't complete character transfer

Hello, I am trying to transfer my priest (Softi - Human Priest - Shadowmoon) that I am trying to transfer but it says i have incoming mail and it's been many hours with no mail arriving. Can you please clear any invisible mail or anything to help with this? thanks

the error msg is:
The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again.

It looks like you had a bit of spam mail in your in-box, Mutsux. I removed it so you should be good to go.

It looks as though by the time I got to this post, your ticket was resolved.

You should be able to transfer without an issue. :)
