Hi there,

I just wanted to post in here a situation that I am facing and I didn't want to call the phone number just to be told I can't do it. Here is what is going on:

I have 2 World of Warcraft accounts associated with my battle.net email address; one is mine, the other is my sons. The problem that I am having is that we have to share the same authenticator, which is becoming very inconvenient. What I want to do is find out if I can have his account moved to a different battle.net email address, as long as I am the owner of the email account. I own both accounts and I will own the 2 different battle.net email accounts as well.

I just want to be able to use 2 different authenticators so we don't have to share one. We both have phones and I really hate always having to be called if I am not home for him to get onto the game. Also note, he will be moving out in a couple years so us playing is going to be a real pain. What options do I have here?

Sopiaan,

Assuming you can verify both Warcraft accounts, you should be able to move one of the accounts to a new battle.net account. As others have mentioned you will need to contact our Billing and Account services team. If possible have the classic World of Warcraft CD key for both accounts.
