Unable to transfer until September 7th?

When I tried to transfer my character it worked fine and Blizzard charged me. After a few minutes it said ineligible to move and it will be eligible September 7th. What is going on? I have no mail or stuff in the Ah. Also the account was eligible for transfer when I did it. They already took the money from my bank account.

Were you trying to initiate a 2nd transfer with that character, Haylowe? It looks like the transfer is already in progress and payment is pending. The charge you are seeing from your bank is a hold and likely hasn't 'officially' cleared yet.

Is your character available on the new server yet?

It does appear that the process is still pending, then. I imagine the error you saw was by your browser trying to send your process through a second time - which would result in that message due to the 3 day cool down on the service. =)
