Comprimised Account

Hey guys,

My account was recently compromised and all my toons were deleted. I put in a petition saying what had happened and a while later i recieved an in-game letter saying that they have forwarded my situation to there recovery team, but the part that im confused about is that i also got an e-mail from blizzard saying that nothing had even happened to my account, that no gold was stolen, characters transfered, or anything like that. It's been about a week now and I'm still waiting to get an email saying my toons have been restored. I trust that Blizzard is doing all that they can but i can't help but think that the email they sent me is really what they think, that nothing has happened to my account. So which one do i believe the in-game letter or the email that they sent me because if they say they can't give us updates on our account until after it's recovered how am i supposed to know if they're even working on it?

Let me ask this be looked at again, Arandin.

I believe your real toons may have gotten lost amid the plethora of characters they made to advertise with.
