Since the error with the paid services was fixed, I was hoping my Faction Change would finally go through, but alas. I've spent 2 days trying to transfer this toon to Horde, and while I realize these things take time, I've had two friends who have had theirs immediately processed. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Everly,

It appears there may have been an issue with your faction change request.

Can you go to the following page, cancel the faction change and try again?Let us know if you are not able to cancel the transaction.

It appears that it failed once again. Rather than waiting again, I would recommend you contact our billing and account services directly.
