Paid Character Transfer Error Encountered

Okay so I was planning on moving my Alliance Toon over to Moon guard, and I got everything cleared up, no mail no auctions, removed from guild, no Areana teams.

so everythings going great I chose my main on Sentinels and the page right after that were you choose what realm to be transferd to I got a message that say's

Error Enountered

and thats it with a peon straching its ugly green head ...

so If anyone can give me solutions or tips tell me whats going down that'd be nice.
