Vauge Answers And Frustrations

Hello, I am Leetpwn.
I am a lvl 1 twink, if you dont beleive it or contest my claim, google it, im legit and i would like to say i am fairly good at what I "do"

I recently transfered my mains horde (2 80's) in april, and i made this toon in january. And when i went to go transfer my lvl 1 who has 1570 ach points, 2 titles, and BiS gear including a dress that spawns about every 2 months. It wouldnt let me transfer because of the lvl 10 limit, i contacted several ingame GMs all of which could not assist me in any way or explain WHY i couldnt transfer.

THEN i called billing, and they told me its to prevent gold sellers from moving gold around easily. So i explained my toon's situation and that i could prove that im not a gold seller or trafficker and still nothing, and when i asked WHY they said it was a "coding issue"

I have called and put in tickets various times throughout the past months/weeks. And have not received a seemingly plausible reason why this request can not be fufilled.

You may not transfer the character, Leetpwn, because the system has in place certain restrictions. One of those is that the character must be level 10 or higher in order to transfer. One reason for this could be to avoid abuse of the system, only allowing characters that have had some effort put into them to transfer.

The Game Master department did not design the system nor are they able to assist you with the request. We will be unable to circumvent the restrictions, I'm sorry.
