Requesting a gm to release a name

Hello, I'm planning on transferring off to a new server today, and in preparation for that I made a ticket requesting a name release for an inactive character (presumably inactive, it never made it past level 10) two days ago. I figured it would have been answered by the time I had confirmation to transfer over, but it hasn't been :(

Is there any way to speed the name release up before I server/faction transfer over there? Or will I have to buy a name change too...

The main reason I'm asking is because the last time I requested this on my old server it took about a week, and it took about the same time for one of my friends. Then another friend of mine requested a name to be released and got it in half an hour... why is that? Is there a certain phrase that I should add to my ticket to rocket it up in the queue?

It really depends on case by case when it comes to name changes. Over all, I see that the ticket was abandoned and your transfer was successfully completed. Thank you for letting us know this is no longer an issue, good luck!
