My husband's account is being hacked right now(someone's logging on his characters and emptying them). He tried to access his account, but the hacker added an authenticator, making it not accessible. I put in a ticket in game, but I'm hoping to get a fast response so I'm trying the forum as well. His character's name is Oyasuminasai on the realmLaughingskull.

This has already been locked up and put into process.

The fact they added an authenticator is a sure sign they are into his email account.

He needs to make absolutely certain his system is secure - and then either secure his email or better yet, set up a new one from a known secure system and then change it on Battle.net.

This sticky may be useful.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

If necessary, Billing could help him change it on the account.

In the meantime, I'd recommend changing the password if you can.
