Account hacked

My friend's account was hacked, he doesn't have an account to use to post on the forums, that's why I'm posting it. :] His email is <removed>. He says that all they did was change the password and security question, so all he needs is a password reset.

I see nothing on here to indicate either of these has happened, your friend will want to do a full security sweep of his system, make sure his email is secure and contact our Billing department to see about regaining control of this account.
