I'm on Lost Isles, and I got the quest This Can Only Mean One Thing, for Blackrock Caverns. I took the Mole Machine and teleported to Blackrock, but it didn't credit the quest. I got in the instance, saw the guy to complete the quest, but I still need to take the machine.
