Why can't blizzard hack gold farmers?

I mean...think about it for a sec before you bash me...but blizz cant take any legal action against them becuase they are in a different country....

and they hack us (well the game, and the people who get tricked) and they dont get in trouble...

so if blizz hired some... >,> .... <,< .... >,> Computer specalists >,> .... <,< .... they could hack and shut down the gold farmers sites...and they wouldnt be able to do anything legal against blizz becuase they are in a different country

While I'm not able to get into the legality of the situation, I think this statement summed it up wonderfully.
