Authenticator hack

someone hacked my account. i got my password changed but they put an authenticator on it. i need help getting it back and canceling their auth so i can use mine

If the account was compromised and an authenticator was added, this indicates that someone was also able to access the email address registered to the account in question.

Please start by reviewing the information here if you have yet to do so:

Once you have secured your computer, create a new email address to use for Battle.net only.

Unfortunately, we cannot remove the authenticator though this fashion due to security concerns. You will need to contact Account Services by phone to recover the account at this point:

Account Services
Assists with: billing issues, password recovery, paid services, subscriptions, payment issues, account management, etc
