If the account was compromised and an authenticator was added, this indicates that someone was also able to access the email address registered to the account in question.

Once you have secured your computer, create a new email address to use for Battle.net only.
Unfortunately, we cannot remove the authenticator though this fashion due to security concerns. You will need to contact Account Services by phone to recover the account at this point:
