Character Rename Lock - Blue Tracker

Hello,

Recently, I transferred a character from another server, and also purchased a recustomization. Because of that, I seem to have stumbled upon a glitch where I can't log onto that character now because she's still flagged for a rename.

The character is Dust, 42 shaman on Moon Guard. I've attempted to open a ticket in game as well.

Totally understandable, Rakayu - not having access to your character can be really frustrating. =(

I do see that the first issue you had regarding this issue was opened just shy of two days ago before it was abandoned - understand that if you abandon your ticket and create a new one, that starts your wait time in queue all over again. Our queue times are available up on our Twitter feed, if you are curious as to how long a wait you can expect.

Logging out does not abandon tickets - but it does appear your first ticket was abandoned. You may want to consider disabling your addons until you are able to speak with one of our Representatives regarding this issue.

No, that abandonment was completely my fault. I closed it, with the thought that opening multiple tickets was a bad idea, while opening the ticket on my main (Rakayu), which is the character I'm on the most often. I wasn't aware I could be contacted on any toon.

Ah, okay. I'm glad we've been able to clear that up. =) Status of your ticket is completely unrelated to which character (if any) you are logged into.
