Stuck

Today i was in Uldum doing the Gnomeration(i dont rember name completly) the one where you are the big ball of fire and have to kill 100 of the gnome guys. Well anyway i was in the middle of that when the server rest, and when i logged back on i was permanently phased into another phase. I can not see any NPC's mobs player mailboxes. I am currently stuck in dalaran cuz i can not even see the portals. I was wonder if you could plz fix this i dont wanna have to level my shaman agian

( found out i was phased by joined a random and it told me everyone was not in the same phase)
