When the payment status is “Pending”, this means the payment is currently processing. During this time the cancellation button does not appear.
I did check the account you are posting from, Omfgz, and the subscription is now in an “Active” status, meaning you have been successfully billed. The account is now paid until 10/9/2010. If you log out and log back into Account Management, you should now have the ability to cancel the subscription.

No, all canceling does is cancel your current method of payment.
