Log in failed

everytime i try to log into the game it says log in failed. It also does it on the other account we have. When i try to log onto my battle.net account it says log in failed. What gives? I have an authenticator and run off mac. I haven't had any problems in a while. Can anyone help?

In cases where players have an authenticator on the account and receive the login failed message, this may indicate one of two things – the password is incorrect or the authenticator is out-of-sync.

I would first suggest resetting the password to the account. You can reset the password here:
