Hello everyone –

We are aware of issues pertaining to Operation: Gnomeregan and Zalazane’s Fall and are working towards a resolution at this time.

Issues we are aware of are:

  • Jun’do the Traitor staying immune to attacks.
  • Timer staying at “0 minutes until Echo Isles Takeback Begins!”
  • High Tinker Mekkatorque randomly “freezing”

Currently we do not have an ETA as to when these issues will be resolved. We will gladly post updates as they become available.

Bump! WTB this fixed.

Bumping a stickied thread seems a little pointless don't you think, Omertah? This matter remains a high priority and is being worked on, contrary to popular belief posts with demands to resolve an issue do not allow our Development and Quality Assurance Teams to work any faster. :)

As soon as we have an update we will provide it.

If you continue to experience an issue with this event please submit an in-game petition so it can be looked into.

Our QA staff continues to look into the these issues and we will provide what updates we can as soon as we hear something.

Jun'do the Traitor is very much immune on Stormscale right now.

*sigh* Just going to bang on him till he stops being immune.

Yes, the only resolution that has been implemented thus far is for Mekkatorque. Jun'do is still being worked on. Please submit an in-game petition reporting this behavior if you can, our In-Game Support staff may be able to help while the overall resolution is being worked on.

On Executus Vol'jin doesn't even show up. Been waiting for almost 2 hours now, no Vol'jin.

Actually, on Executus Vol'jin is very much there but because Jun'do the Traitor is staying immune to attacks Vol'jin stays and fights there.

Our In-Game Support staff is attempting to use a work around in order to reset these two events if they get stuck. Please submit a petition if this happens.

While that is great and all, I dont understand what was the point of testing it on the PTR?

Testing can only go so far. A few hundred players will never be as effective at finding an issue with something as thousands are.
Q u o t e:

As for reporting in game, we do and it doesnt seem to do anything other than put an annoying GM ticket thing at the top of my screen for 3 days.

According to the @BlizzardCS twitter feed current queue times are around 2 days 4 hours though it should be noted that these events are considered high priority and are being gathered and addressed by a special team. This group of people are attempting to use the workaround we have available in order to reset the event. This team is addressing these issues as quickly as possible.

A resolution for Mekkatorque was implemented earlier today though as many have experienced this has not addressed all of the issues where he will freeze during the event.

Along with Jun’do the Traitor our In-Game support staff has a work around that usually helps resolve the issues on this event. This is only a temporary resolution as our QA and Development teams are working on a more permanent one and hope to have it resolved as quickly as they can.

Good morning all –

Our QA and Development teams are still working on providing a resolution to these issues. We are encouraging players to open an in-game ticket in the meantime. More information will follow as it becomes available.

Thank you for your patience.

As quoted by Vrakthris for you Bloomindraal.

We have a specialized team that is addressing tickets specifically pertaining to this event. Also, as Vrakthris stated, there are only so many players that participate on the PTR. As such, not every single bug may be found prior to release to the live realms.

Q u o t e:
What is the keyword players should use to ensure their ticket goes to this team?

Just include either Mekkatorque or Jun'do the Traitor and that they froze or are immune to attack.

It appears that the event has been reset on Doomhammer, Eddwyrd, if your daughter wishes to try it again. If this event becomes stuck simply submit an in-game petition and one of our In-Game Support staff will take a look. :)
