Prepping The Speech not working.

On my server alliance side the quest "Prepping the Speech" for the gnomergan event is bugged "Perform Speech to toh rutsprocket" is not working" Many alli on my server are having this problem and was wondering if yall could fix it. TY
Edit: I already did it on my pally earlyer this morning. currently trying it on my hunter atilathehunt
