What would it take...

...to get my loot back?

On thursday night I ran 25 ICC as a raid healer. Before the raid started, the loot rules were explained.

1. Every raider would only get 2 mainspec rolls, which is the spec that you come into the raid as. After your 2 MS rolls were used up, everything you rolled on afterwards would have to be as a offspec roll.

2. Every raider would be allowed unlimited OS rolls.

3. Primodial Saronites were FFA rolls.

Following these loot rules, I used up 1 MS roll on Marrowgar's Frigid Eye.
I used one OS roll on Shadowvault Slayer's Cape and won, but the lootmaster gave it to someone else instead.
I rolled a second MS roll and won on Greatcloak of the Turned Champion, but again the lootmaster gave it to someone else, at which point I left the raid.

The loot rules were clearly not followed. Before I opened a ticket I looked in the Hot Topic section of the help menu and a issue of this type is labeled as a scam. After talking with a Gamemaster, I was told that in situations like this loot is usually not redistributed, but they would take necessary action against the offender.

My question is why WOULDN'T I be awarded the loot I rightfully won? It's been over 6 or 7 hours since I talked with the Gamemaster and I haven't seen any sign of of the items I won in the mail. Please respond ASAP.

Q u o t e:
I don't care if he is banned, blacklisted, shipped off to Mars, I just want my loot back. I know it wasn't lowest roll wins because others roll for items in that raid and the loot as ALWAYS went to the highest rollers. This masterlooter was being spiteful by giving my loot that I won to someone else.

I'm sorry, Bigblackcow, but loot distribution or re-distribution isn't usually possible, though it depends on the circumstances. If a scam has taken place we will take any and all appropriate actions based off of what is found.

If this were an issue where you traded an item or gold to someone and they did not fulfill their agreement we would likely be able to return the item/gold. You did not actually possess the item that dropped though. If the person who received the item is verified to have knowingly participated in the scam appropriate actions would be taken but removing the item that they received otherwise is not usually an option we are able to take.

If our Investigator is able to award an item to you it should arrive in your in-box and an e-mail sent to your registered address. I am sorry for the frustration this matter has caused.
