Did you make the purchase on this account, Echo? I was unable to locate any Authenticator purchases. Perhaps the purchase returned an error because you attempted to use a P.O. Box and the "pending" charge has not yet returned to the card.

I'm afraid I do not see the point of this statement. If the purchase was accepted, which doesn't appear to be the case so it is not really relevant, but
if it had been accepted even though we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and the system accepted that order, of course they would be eligible for a refund and should expect one.
We do not share the philosophy that people deserve whatever happens simply because they were not careful enough or made a mistake. The goal would be to provide advice on how to address a situation not to hand out "I told you so's" or "you should have known betters". Such responses do nothing to contribute to the conversion and only serve to bring additional negativity to the thread.
