Shipping and handling for plushies

Dear Mr. Blizzard

A while back, I had purchased an alliance plush toy. Now, to my surprise, I was accidently shipped 2. I talked to an agent at blizzard, and he told me to keep the extra plushie.

I am now getting calls from Fedex stating that I owe them $15 a plushie for the "express shipping and handling" and if I don't pay them, then they will persue the issue further. So I was wondering if the ammount I payed for the toys includes the shipping and handling? I just need official Blizzard clarification so I can clear this up with Fedex (which is who Blizzard used to ship the toys to me).

Your best course of action would be to contact our Billing department, Sedestia. They should be able to look into the matter and see what's what.
