Guildie being hacked, right now

If there are any helpful blues out there, one of our guildies is in the process of being hacked. Cairne server, one of the character names is Epicfail. They have been stripped down to nothing, and bouncing between her other toons. She had let her game time expire, and has not played in almost a month. Can you please freeze the account until she contacts Blizz and clears this up?
