It seems that this thread has been addressed fairly well though I'll add to it a bit.
Our Terms of Use outline policies that apply to every person who creates a character, names a pet, guild or arena team.
Now this does not mean that every name that could fall into one of those categories will be changed or otherwise actioned, only that they may. We tend to focus on names that are obviously inappropriate and generally only address ones that fall into categories such as "Partial/Incomplete" and "Non-RP" names on Role-Play designated realms.
This doesn't mean that such names will not be actioned on non-RP realms, only that it is less likely. :)
