How do I prove this to blizzard...

Recently my account was hacked, And 3 of my 4 characters were moved to different accounts. I always thought you had to have the same name on the account either way. First and Last... Anyway, after trying to send in tickets to blizzard they keep telling me there is no proof, What do you mean no proof!? I have the 1 Account and I only have 1 80 on it.

After looking back through my records I find that the 3 characters in question were moved to different accounts with totally different emails.

How can i prove to blizzard that i did not pay for the transfers?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really want my characters back

You could attempt to speak with Billing on these, and it does look like one was returned - however, the main issue here is age.

After a point, there is no longer an avenue for this type of request - much also depends on other various factors.
