In game ticket response times

hello

i recently got hacked due to a keylogger in my computer, they took all my belongings and disbanded my arena teams, i want to thank blizz for getting my stuff back so quickly the first time. but i got rechacked the next day. it wasent until i contacted blizz on the phone who made me aware as to malware and keyloggers and a way to get rid of em so i got rid of all that and now i put my account under a differnt email adress and it is all secure now but there is still the issue that after the second hacking i still havent got my stuff back even after an hour on the phone with blizz ( that was just the holding time) they told me to just wait it out it has been a little over 48 hours i was just wondering how long this kind of stuff takes

That escalation is on top of the normal ticket times and that is also just the average. It can take longer or shorter depending on the time of day and the amount of tickets in the queue ahead of yours. In other words, an escalated ticket would take approximately 3days and 3 hours to be answered as of that twitter post earlier today.
