Weird poip up message in game

I just got a pop up message in game that said "your play time expires in 30 minutes". Now seeing as I was just billed for 14.99 a few days a go and i'm on monthly recurring payments this seems rather odd. If anyone could shed some light on this for me I would be appreciative.

The pop up message was on this account.
