Brother's Account Hacked

So I log on early to do the random BG daily and I see my brother's is mage online. Thing is, he's not here at the moment, and his account's time expired about a month ago. Went to the guild bank log and as I suspected, he cleared out the guild bank tabs that he has access to a couple of hours ago and his toon is in storm peaks, I imagine farming primal fire in that area with the fire elementals where the hodir dailies are. He never put an authenticator on his account, so, if it has one attached it's not his. I put in a ticket in game.

EDIT - Character name and server removed. Blue posters can still see it right?

You are correct, this account does appear to have been compromised.

Even perhaps more important - that email address has been compromised as well, they added an authenticator to this account.

Please have him check his email for instructions and inform him he needs to secure his system and either change his email address, or make sure his current one is secured.
