Level requirement for trade chat

Why doesn't Blizzard put a minimum level requirement on your character before you can use trade channel? That would eliminate or significantly reduce spam if the character must be leveled to 10 first.

Our goal is to reduce or eliminate such behavior without negatively impacting our legitimate player base. It may be something that is introduced, you can never tell what the future will bring. If you believe this is something that should be implemented please post your feedback on our Suggestion forum where our Developers can review it. :)
