Yes, we do answer tickets, Nosoul. Continue to report the name of the players involved. We do investigate all instances of cheating in battlegrounds, and if confirmed, take the appropriate action.

Also “calling out” another player is against the Forum Code of Conduct. Please refrain from doing so in the future.

Screenshots of the actions aren’t going to help us at all, Marshabrady, because they can be easily altered. We keep our own records of the events and will use those records to conduct our investigation.
