Dark Intent drains the mana of the person its casted on whenever its procced.
Long Story:
I was playing my resto druid healing a Halls of Origins run and having a rediculous time running out of mana. I've healed the place many times and could not figure out what was happening so I began to very closely watch my mana bar and noticed while I had hots up my mana would randomly spike lose a few hundred. At first I thought it was a bug with my hots critting but then I realized every time I crit I was hearing a wierd sound. That sound was Dark Intent proccing.
After I realized this I clicked off the Dark Intent buff he casted upon me and didn't notice it again until he recasted it upon me. I noticed it draining my mana again and let him know about it so it so he didn't recast it on me. The rest of the run I was fine and didnt see it again so I'm certain it was indeed Dark Intent draining my mana whenever it procced.
I am however not certain if its only when I procced it or he procced it, or both. Also not sure if his mana was being drained or just mine.
