Called Customer Service where they put in a request to change my prepaid card from one account to the other on my merged account. I was told it would take "2-8" hours to complete, it has been 27 hours since then and nothing has changed. I also received an email regarding customer service survey since the issue had been "resolved". Calling queue has been full all day long, and the issue has not been solved at all. So...what now?
