If you can't log into Battle.net our Billing and Account Services staff would be unable to as well, Kaspina. I believe they thought temporarily shutting down the lines was a bit better then answering calls and saying "Sorry, we're currently unable to access any information you may need, please call back later.".

Hopefully the matter will be resolved soon.
