[BUG] L2Fish

Each time the EU realm mass DCs and refreshes, I find I have to relearn how to fish. This doesn't apply with my other abilities, but it does with fishing. I am still have my skill score, but I just lose the fish spell. My character just suddenly completely forgets how to hold her rod over the water.

Not a particularly major issue that stops people playing, but irritating and costly during times of frequent server DCs.
