Parental Controls Help

hello. My parents have parental controls on for me. They have not been getting the parental controls e-mails, and it seems that my hours are not re-setting. I am supposed to be able to play 2 hours a day, and its all green on the schedual, and i have not passed the weekly limit because i only play 1h on school days, and the weekly hours are at 36 per week.

As Eilethalua mentioned, your parents may need to check their spam folder.

For Hotmail spam may be listed as 'Junk'.
For Gmail spam may be listed as '1 more'
For Yahoo spam may be listed as 'Bulk'

If your parents continue to experience issues, they may need to contact our billing and account services.
