Remove Extra Account from my Battle.Net Login

Dear all,

I accidentally added another trial account to my battle.net account and I'd like it removed if possible? The kicker is that this trial account (with no characters on it or expansions) has now been granted the Cataclysm beta!

Before you say it, I'm not an idiot. I didn't get an email telling me. I logged onto Bnet to check something with my other accounts (if I could merge them and save myself $15 a month) and saw that the trial was still there and has the beta access flagged for it. I feel like it's been added to try and get me to use the account, which I won't be doing.

The account is named WOW1

Many thanks.

If you have been given access to the Cataclysm Beta, Raìlz, it would show up as a separate account. I do, however, see two different WoW1 accounts on your battle.net - one is a regular trial and one is your Cataclysm Beta access. This should be denoted by your Beta having PTR listed as the type of account, below the account name. I can't imagine you'd really want us to remove your beta access. ;)

If you wanted to get rid of the standard trial, however, this is something our Billing & Account Services Department should be able to assist with, Raìlz.

The beta access is for your Battle.net account - it's treated as an entirely separate World of Warcraft account, but located on our PTRs instead of the North American or European realms.

For instance, if you created a European client World of Warcraft account, as it would be your first European Account, it would also appear as 'WoW1.'

I hope that makes sense. =)
