Blizzard Bans

Recently, a group of end-game raiders on Dentarg, guild leaders and other community members developed a plan to stimulate server growth. The plan was to inform other servers of the benefits associated with playing on Dentarg. We established this plan on September 3, 2010 and began implementation on September 9, 2010.

What part of this plan is a violation of the Code of Conduct?

Isn't there a difference between guild recruitment and SERVER recruitment?

Whether you're realizing it or not, by making multiple threads to question the action, you're actually further violating that same Forum Code of Conduct as well - notably "Circumventing a Suspension/Ban" and "Discussing Disciplinary Actions", not to mention multiple threads on the same subject could fall under "Creating Duplicate Threads" or even general spamming.
