Body Spamming Not Understood?

I used the help menu yesterday to report some body spamming in SW. After 24 hours I got a response in my in game mail that I should have right clicked on the offending players name and reported spamming that way because that is the quickest way to report MY problem. This really ticked me off seeing as how you cant report body spammers as they don't talk at all...

Now first of all, I very clearly wrote out that there was body spamming in SW in front of the auction house by a group of blond human girls all wearing red robes and the time that they spawned. Seeing as how BODY spamming doesn't spam in chat I was not actually able to report them that way and seeing as how BODY SPAMMING was the first 2 words in my ticket I can only conclude that the rep who got my ticket didn't actually read my ticket at all. I would get it if they would have had to dig for what kind of spamming it was but it was seriously the 1st and 2nd words in my ticket and you would have to look over the word BODY to see the word SPAMMING.

I take a personal issue with these body spammers because my inactive account had been hacked and used for that purpose a few months back. The fact that we, the players, are not given an easy way to report this is one of the numerous reasons that accounts continue to get hacked and used in this way.

I guess all I'm saying is that if Blizzard is going to make us go through the process of opening a ticket and all the extra time that it takes for the few of us that will even bother to report the problem the very least they could do is read our tickets. It's frustrating taking time out of my play time to write up a detailed ticket when I could just walk past and ignore it.. I'll keep on taking the time to report it but please don't make me feel like I waste my time.

I am very sorry for any confusion this response caused, Silys, obviously the issue was misinterpreted and the Game Master mistakenly thought you were reporting verbal spam. As already suggested please provide any feedback you have for a member of our In-Game Support team by e-mailing wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. That will be forwarded to their supervisor who will review what happened and take the appropriate measures to prevent such errors in the future.

As for the body spam itself. In recent weeks there have been some changes implemented that have allowed us to detect the majority of these accounts, helping us to curb the behavior and take appropriate action. The detection is not immediate and may take a little time before action is taken but this means in most cases we do not require petitions to be submitted.

Now, if you find a set of these characters that seem to have existed for an extended period of time please feel free to submit a petition and call our attention to them.
