Paypal pending?

I got a message from Blizz saying paypal had failed so i set up another subscription via paypal and get nothing but payment pending. Its always been instant for me before using paypal, what has changed?

Hi Overhauled,

As mentioned in our PayPal FAQ - http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/20518
    Payment validation will take approximately 15-20 minutes before you will be able to login to the game with a new subscription. Once this process is complete, you will be able to start playing!
How long ago did you add the payment? Thanks!
