So my friend puts in a ticket and I emailed accordingly and sat down for a weeklong sit before I get anything back if at all.... 45 minutes later I recieve a few emails letting me know my password was reset and when I finally log on after scanning and cleaning teh drive I have the gear I was wearing sent to me in the mail already. Today I revcieved all the rest of my bag goods but not yet the gold.
I have to say that you guys won me over as a customer with that. I havent always had a great experience but the recovery was so quick and seemless I have to give you all in the customer service department a round of applause.
