RAF system issue - Blue Tracker

I recruited my cousin, he bought the game and a 60day card. We put that on his account and i was leveling up with him in darkshore. My character that i was using is a level 17 rouge and he was of course a level 1. Well i got him uo to level 5 and I had received no grantable levels for him at all. By reading the RAF I should have been able to give him 2 levels by now. what gives? I know it is petty stuff but still. I was 100yards or closer to him, and at all times he was gaining the triple xp I believe yet I cannot grant him levels.

But my other cousin who is on a trial account and me using the same rouge, was able to give him a level. So what is heppening? A blizzard employee would be helpful

Ok, nevermind. i got it. damn he is not going to like that lol. As long as he gets the xp gain I think he will be happy.

I am not entirely sure how you would have granted a level unless you were referring to another account you own that was also recruited.
