In-game Ticket Response

Hello:

I opened up an in-game ticket more than ten days ago and have yet to receive a response. It says "We are currently experiencing a high-volume of petitions". Over the years, I've opened a few tickets before, but nothing has ever taken this long to get a reply. I'm just curious if there is something else I should be doing on my end, or if someone will eventually get around to it.

I actually don't see a ticket open on your account. Please make sure you have disabled or removed all add-ons.

Did you create the ticket on another account and what was the issue?
