2010 Tourny - Where's Our Pet?

This is regarding an error which occurred during the 2010 Arena Tounrement.
Our main reason for participating in the Tourny was to obtain the Pet - Murkimus. Since none of us are good at PVP, we had no interest in anything else.
We completed just over 100 games (only required 50+ to qualify). However, looking at the Tourny results (WOW ARMORY) , it states that we never completed ANY games. KILLTHEHEALS spoke to a GM, and received the same results. Interestingly enough, KILLTHEHEALS created another toon (BÃšRNER) and participated in a 2v2 and these games are listed.
I'm posting this here in the HOPE that one of the Tourny Forum Master's will read this and help us out.

We DON'T want a refund....we just want the pet. We registered, paid and PLAYED the GAMES to get the pet. Surely this problem can be fixed easily enough? BTW, I have a Screenshot proving we competed.

P.S. YES I know this is about the Tourny, and YES I have posted it on that Forum, but this is about more than faulty software...Where's the Customer Support???

Have you sent in an e-mail, Liby? I do not believe our In-Game Support team is able to assist with Tournament concerns. The following was taken from the rules page.
