I recruited a friend through the RaF Program. We cannot summon each other, I don't see a conformation that he has done anything but the 10 day trial. He bought the vanilla box set and a 60 day in game card. Does this take time to show up, we did it all at once.

He says that it shows a WoW 1 and a WoW 2. The Vanilla Box and time is somehow on the WoW 1 and should be on the WoW 2 that way we can benefit the features and I can get my mount. He is trying to post on the forums but he can't. It tells him to pick a toon to post from but there isn't one to choose from yet.

Unfortunately whomever said that was mistaken, Negishi. We can look into both accounts and confirm what may have happened but only our Billing and Account Services department is able to apply the link to the correct account.
