Was hacked at some point

Hi, I'm back again. Anyways, I just recently started playing WoW again, and found that my account has been fooled around with. My first problem was that I ran into a suspicious parental control feature that was prohibiting me from playing my account. Now that I have that problem resolved, I have discovered a new problem. The character that I am posting on right now is no longer on the account.

It appears as if the hacker created a new account with my information, and transferred it so he could make a new secret question. How can I get my character back?
