Guildmate is hacked

My friend and guildmate's toons were jumping on and off and not answering whispers for a prolonged period of time. We called him and it wasn't him on his account. He was able to log in and interrupt the compromise but they've already changed his password so he doesn't want to log off until he can contact someone. We have demoted him from officer status to keep them from doing any damage if they log back on but obviously are worried about the status of his toons.

The customer service is not open and GMs aren't answering his ticket. He has tried pw retrieval, emails and other ways to get a hold of someone for live support that could help him reset his pw and keep his accounts from being further compromised.

He can't post in the forums since he doesn't know what they've changed his pw to and I don't know if me giving his name is against forum rules.

Any suggestions for getting him help fast? Also, is it ok to post the name of the toon he is on?

You can place an in-game petition yourself, Kindre, though please be aware we answer all petitions in the order that they are received. Just specify the name and realm of the character on the account you believe is compromised, and our Game Masters will investigate as soon as possible. We definitely welcome third-party reports of compromised accounts!

In the mean time, have your friend start securing his account and computer. He should review the information below:
