Transfer character to account?

I want to transfer my 80 priest from a different account to this account. The account with the priest on it is inactive. How do I do this? Surely I don't have to pay for a month of game play on an account I'm not using?

No, you will not have to pay for a subscription in order to do a Paid Character Transfer, Larloch.

Provided the requirements are met for the Paid Character Transfer you should be able to transfer the character without an issue.
