Trial account was added (possibly hacked?)

Hello, I haven't played WoW for years but I play SC2 these days.
recently I logged on to my Bnet account and there was trial account added.
I sent inquiries about my randomly added WoW trial account to billing email of blizzard and webform. but I am impatient and decided to leave a message here for hoping to get answers from diligent blue posters.

I logged on to my Battle net account and there was WoW2 trial account added.
I am sure I did not add that trial account. Is it possible that my account got hacked and someone added the account? I even use authenticator and have no virus on my computer. There is no sign of hacking/compromisng other than that added WoW2 trial account. My password, email adress, and authenticator are intact.
Just FYI, I created WoW3 by myself last time I logged onto my Bnet account.(like two days ago)

so could you please review my WoW2 tiral account if it has any created characters?
because I have never used that account and now it is expired. if it has characters created, it must be indication that someone logged onto my account.


if it was really done by someone else, is it possible to track down when and where it was created or used for log in?
and is it possible to remove all my trial accounts?
(I hope it was me who added the account by mistake even though I don't remember adding it at all.
could you pleasereview my account and answer these questions?

p.s (first question does not need to be answered because I found answer right after signing into WoW forum. From WoW2 trial account, there was no character to use to sign into the forum.
this character I am using to post here is from WoW3 trial account.)
