Hello.

I was greeted by my antivirus that I had several naughty things, because my father installed several games riddled with bad things. Would it be possible to request an account lock as a precautionary measure whilst I use my scanners?

That's not an unreasonable request - however, it might take more time than you think to get it unlocked later.

Are you sure about that? Unfortunately, I cannot promise a turn-around on an unlock.

No, just filling out the webform, but it may be a few hours, even a day or so right now to get it processed.
