I stopped playing world of warcraft back in early june. About a week ago it caught my interest again. I tried to log into my account to add in a membership card code but my password was invalid, i tried the password retrieval but my secret question was invalid. I called the account security number and the guy said i had been authorized by someone and had been used to spam adds and that it had been reported and banned, he then told me that he would send it to the GMs and that they would take a look at it and would put all my characters back and delete the ones created. He told me i would be notified within 24-48 hours. it has been almost a week and i havent heard a thing. I know i should be more patient but ive spent a good ammount of money on my account and dont want it to go to waste.

I am sorry to hear of the compromise, Alphraado.

Would you be able to provide me a character name and realm on the account in question? I may be able to provide more details from there.
